We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online Banking (FPX)

  • Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

  • Selected e-wallets (e.g. Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, Boost)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery fees apply unless otherwise stated

  • Free shipping may be offered for selected promotions or minimum spend thresholds

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information may incur additional charges.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only considered if the product received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for review, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video, recorded from the unopened parcel through full inspection of the contents. Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be entertained.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers

All refund requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
